How We Work
Payment
50% upfront to begin any project
Remaining balance due before final files are released
Retainers are due at the start of each month
Late Payments
Work pauses automatically at 14 days overdue
Deliverables are held until balance is cleared
Scope
Work outside agreed scope is billed at $90/hr
Additional revisions beyond agreed rounds are billable
Communication
Email is primary channel (niko@omniamundillc.com)
Clear deadlines + feedback are required to stay on timeline
Ownership
Final files transferred after full payment
OM may display work in portfolio unless an NDA is agreed upon
AGREEMENT
These policies apply to all projects unless otherwise agreed in writing and signed by both parties.
