How We Work

Payment

  • 50% upfront to begin any project

  • Remaining balance due before final files are released

  • Retainers are due at the start of each month

Late Payments

  • Invoices unpaid after the 5-day grace period will incur a $150 late fee. An additional $150 late fee will be assessed every 30 days thereafter until the outstanding balance is paid in full.

  • Work pauses automatically at 60 days overdue

  • Deliverables are held until balance is cleared

Scope

  • Work outside agreed scope is billed at $90/hr

  • Additional revisions beyond agreed rounds are billable

Communication

  • Email is primary channel (niko@omniamundillc.com)

  • Clear deadlines + feedback are required to stay on timeline

Ownership

  • Final files transferred after full payment

  • OM may display work in portfolio unless an NDA is agreed upon

AGREEMENT

These policies apply to all projects unless otherwise agreed in writing and signed by both parties.
